The Alliance Francaise de Bangalore & The Natya STEM Dance Kampni celebrate “WORLD DANCE DAY” with performances of Classical, folk, martial and contemporary dance styles  in a vibrant, festive & very informal atmosphere!

Kathak Guru/ Choreographer – Dr Maya Rao, Artist Balan Nambiar & Eric Rousseau, Director Alliance Francaise, Bangalore will light the lamp and inaugurate the festivities.

Some of the performing artistes featured are:

Folk: Manipuri / Thabal Chongbi  – Natya Institute of Kathak & choreography (NIKC)
Thaang ta / Martial arts: Surendrajit Singh                   “
Kuchipudi: Deepa Shashindran
Contemporary Dance theatre: Natya Stem Dance Kampni
Kathak: Ramya N & Janardhana Raj Urs, NSDK

Each movement discipline will be introduced by Madhu Nataraj.
